本 App 不要求注册账号。你的数据保存在设备本地，并通过你的 Apple iCloud（如启用）进行同步。你对自己的数据负责，请妥善保管设备与 Apple ID 安全。
AI 生成的目标拆解、建议、对话等内容基于大语言模型，可能存在不准确或不适用的情形。你应自行判断并承担使用 AI 内容的后果。请勿利用 AI 功能生成违法、侵权、色情、暴力或危害他人的内容。
本 App 的界面、思维模型库内容、代码、商标及其他素材的知识产权归开发者所有。内置思维模型内容仅供你个人使用，不得复制、转售或用于商业用途。
你不得：1) 对本 App 进行反向工程、破解或绕过任何技术保护；2) 利用本 App 从事任何违法活动；3) 干扰或破坏本 App 的正常运行；4) 滥用 AI 功能进行批量生成或规避服务限制。
本 App 按「现状」提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的担保，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性。因使用本 App 或依赖 AI 内容造成的任何直接或间接损失，开发者在法律允许的范围内不承担责任。
我们可能随时更新、暂停或终止本 App 的全部或部分服务。重大变更将提前在本页面或 App 内公告。

Welcome to QingJi·ChengShi ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to all terms of this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is an AI-powered goal management tool driven by thinking models, offering career role selection, goal breakdown, a thinking model library, AI-guided conversation, progress records, and data statistics. Some features (such as AI conversation) are powered by a third-party AI service (DeepSeek). AI-generated content is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice.
The App does not require account registration. Your data is stored locally on your device and synced through your Apple iCloud (if enabled). You are responsible for your own data; please protect your device and Apple ID security.
AI-generated goal breakdowns, suggestions, and conversations are based on large language models and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You should exercise your own judgment and bear the consequences of using AI content. Do not use AI features to generate illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, or harmful content.
The interface, thinking model library content, code, trademarks, and other materials of the App are owned by the developer. Built-in thinking model content is provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, resold, or used for commercial purposes.
You must not: 1) reverse engineer, crack, or circumvent any technical protection of the App; 2) use the App for any illegal activity; 3) interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App; 4) abuse AI features for bulk generation or to circumvent service limits.
The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss caused by the use of the App or reliance on AI content.
We may update, suspend, or terminate all or part of the App at any time. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the App in advance.

本アプリのインターフェース、思考モデルライブラリのコンテンツ、コード、商標、その他の素材の知的財産権は開発者に帰属します。内蔵の思考モデルコンテンツは個人利用に限り提供され、複製、転売、商用利用はできません。
以下の行為は禁止されています。1) 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、クラック、技術的保護の回避。2) 本アプリを利用した違法行為。3) 本アプリの正常な動作への妨害・干渉。4) AI機能の乱用による一括生成やサービス制限の回避。
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、商品性や特定目的への適合性を含む、明示または黙示の保証は一切ありません。本アプリの利用またはAIコンテンツへの依存によって生じたいかなる直接的・間接的損害についても、開発者は法律で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
本アプリの全部または一部を随時更新、停止、終了する場合があります。重要な変更は事前にこのページまたはアプリ内でお知らせします。
