欢迎使用青迹·知行（英文名 ReadAct，以下简称「本 App」）。本 App 是一款「把书变成用得上的本事」的阅读转化工具：你将自己合法持有的书或长文档上传到本 App，AI 会将其蒸馏为结构化的技能包（框架、原则、方法、反例、术语、决策规则与问题地图），你可以通过产出、陪练、任务、问答等模式，把书中的方法论应用到真实场景，所有生成内容均带引用溯源。本 App 以匿名方式使用，不建立账号体系。我们非常重视你的隐私，本政策说明我们如何收集、使用与保护你的数据。
内容数据：你主动上传的书/文档原文仅保存在你的设备本地及你的个人 iCloud（通过 CloudKit/SwiftData 同步）中，用于本地展示、提炼与问答；除下文「AI 处理」所述的必要文本分块外，不会上传至我们自有服务器，也不会用于广告投放。
使用数据：本 App 不采集使用行为，不做统计分析上报，不含广告追踪。为执行配额管理，我们会记录与你设备生成的匿名标识符关联的蒸馏/调用次数与 token 用量；该记录不包含你的任何内容，也无法据此识别你的个人身份。
本 App 无需注册账号，不强制收集姓名、手机号、邮箱等可识别你个人身份的信息。为提供免费额度、Pro 订阅与加购包，本 App 与后端服务使用设备生成的匿名标识符计量配额。你可随时清除 App 数据或删除本 App，相应配额记录随之失效。
提炼、问答、陪练、产出等 AI 功能由第三方大语言模型服务商提供。当你使用这些功能时，我们会将解析后的必要文本分块，通过我们部署的转发服务（readact.shxlab.com）发送至第三方大语言模型服务商以生成回复。目前接入的模型包括 DeepSeek（蒸馏默认固定使用 DeepSeek-V4-Pro；问答/产出等会按可用性与成本在 DeepSeek、通义千问、智谱 GLM 之间路由）。每次 AI 生成的内容均会携带模型标识（modelTag），标注本次实际提供服务的模型。你的输入仅用于当次生成，转发服务不留存对话内容，我们不会将你的内容用于模型训练或用户画像。请勿上传或输入身份证号、银行卡号、医疗记录等敏感个人信息。
本 App 采用「提炼点 + 调用次数」模式：每蒸馏一本书按有效字数消耗提炼点（约每 30 万字消耗 1 点，单本 1–10 点），问答/产出/陪练等按调用次数计。免费用户每月享有一定提炼点与调用次数；你可通过订阅 Pro 或购买加购包获取更多额度。所有付费均通过 App Store 内购（IAP）完成，由 Apple 处理支付，本 App 不收集你的支付信息。
你的书、技能包、问答记录与偏好设置通过 Apple CloudKit/SwiftData 同步至你的个人 iCloud 账户，受你的 Apple ID 安全机制保护。若你关闭 iCloud 同步，数据仅保存在本设备。
任务提醒、蒸馏完成通知等在设备本地触发，不因此上传任何数据。你可随时在系统设置中关闭通知权限。
本 App 不含第三方广告，不申请广告标识符（IDFA），不进行跨 App 或跨网站追踪。
本 App 面向成年用户，不面向 13 岁以下儿童提供服务，亦不有意收集儿童的个人信息。若你为监护人并发现相关情况，请通过文末联系方式联系我们。
你可以随时删除单本书籍（书籍详情页 → 删除书籍），或清除全部数据（设置 → 清除 iCloud 数据）；删除 App 后，也可在系统设置中选择删除来自 iCloud 的数据。删除后相关数据不可恢复。
我们可能不时更新本政策。重大变更将展示于本页面，更新后的生效日期以页面顶部为准。

Welcome to ReadAct ("QingJi·ZhiXing / 青迹·知行", hereinafter "the App"). The App is a reading-to-application tool that turns your books into usable skills: you upload books or long-form documents that you lawfully own, and AI distills them into structured skill packs (frameworks, principles, methods, counter-examples, terminology, decision rules and a question map). You can then apply the methodology to real scenarios through Produce, Coach, Task, and Q&A modes, with citation traceability on all generated content. The App is used anonymously and does not maintain an account system. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Content data: The books/documents you upload are stored only on your device and in your personal iCloud (synced via CloudKit/SwiftData), for local display, distillation, and Q&A. Except for the necessary text chunks described in the "AI Processing" section below, your content is not uploaded to our own servers and is never used for advertising.
Usage data: The App does not collect behavioral analytics, does not perform statistical reporting, and contains no ad tracking. To manage quotas, we record distillation/call counts and token usage associated with an anonymous identifier generated by your device. This record contains none of your content and cannot be used to identify you personally.
The App requires no registration and does not force collection of personally identifiable information such as your name, phone number, or email. To provide free allowances, the Pro subscription, and add-on packs, the App and backend services measure quota via an anonymous device-generated identifier. You may clear the App's data or delete the App at any time, after which the corresponding quota records cease to apply.
AI features such as distillation, Q&A, coaching, and production are powered by third-party large language model providers. When you use these features, we send necessary parsed text chunks through our relay service (readact.shxlab.com) to a third-party LLM provider to generate a response. Currently integrated models include DeepSeek (distillation is fixed to DeepSeek-V4-Pro by default; Q&A/production requests are routed among DeepSeek, Qwen, and Zhipu GLM based on availability and cost). Each AI-generated response carries a model tag (modelTag) indicating the model that actually served the request. Your input is used solely to generate the current response; the relay does not retain conversation content, and we do not use your content for model training or profiling. Please do not upload or enter sensitive personal information such as ID numbers, bank card numbers, or medical records.
The App uses a "distill points + calls" model: distilling a book consumes distill points based on effective word count (approximately 1 point per 300,000 words, 1–10 points per book), while Q&A/production/coaching counts as calls. Free users receive a monthly allowance of points and calls; you can obtain more by subscribing to Pro or purchasing add-on packs. All payments are processed through App Store In-App Purchases (IAP) by Apple; the App does not collect your payment information.
Your books, skill packs, Q&A history, and preferences are synced to your personal iCloud account via Apple CloudKit/SwiftData, protected by your Apple ID security. If you disable iCloud sync, data remains on this device only.
Task reminders and distillation-completion notifications are triggered locally on your device and do not upload any data. You may disable notification permission at any time in System Settings.
The App contains no third-party advertising, does not request the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), and does not engage in cross-app or cross-site tracking.
The App is intended for adult users, is not directed to children under 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a guardian and believe a child has provided information, please contact us using the details below.
You can delete an individual book at any time (Book Detail → Delete Book), or clear all data (Settings → Clear iCloud Data). After deleting the App, you can also choose "Delete Data from iCloud" in System Settings. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date at the top of the page will apply.
