青迹 · 打卡日历（以下简称"本应用"）是一款个人习惯打卡工具。使用本应用即表示您同意本协议条款。若不同意，请勿使用。
本应用帮助用户记录和管理日常习惯。所有功能基于用户本地数据和 iCloud 同步实现。我们保留在不事先通知的情况下修改或终止服务的权利。
您承诺不会利用本应用从事任何违法或侵权活动。您对通过本应用存储的所有内容（文字、图片等）负有全部责任。请勿上传或存储含有病毒、恶意代码或侵犯他人权益的内容。
本应用的源代码、界面设计、图标等知识产权归开发者所有。用户上传内容的版权归用户所有。未经开发者书面许可，不得对应用进行反向工程或衍生开发。
本应用按"现状"提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的担保。因不可抗力、设备故障等导致的数据丢失或服务中断，我们不承担责任，但会尽力协助恢复。您理解使用本应用的风险由您自行承担。
Pro 订阅提供高级功能。订阅交易由 Apple App Store 处理，适用 Apple 的退款政策。我们不会直接处理支付或退款请求。
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生的争议，双方友好协商解决；协商不成的，提交开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院处理。

QingTrace · Daily Habit Tracker ("the App") is a personal habit tracking tool. By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App helps users record and manage daily habits. All features are based on the user's local data and iCloud sync. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service without prior notice.
You agree not to use the App for any illegal or infringing activities. You are solely responsible for all content (text, images, etc.) stored through the App. Do not upload or store content containing viruses, malicious code, or material that infringes upon the rights of others.
The App's source code, interface design, icons, and other intellectual property belong to the developer. Copyright of user-uploaded content belongs to the user. Reverse engineering or derivative development of the App is prohibited without the developer's written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for data loss or service interruption caused by force majeure, device failure, or other circumstances, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with recovery. You understand that you use the App at your own risk.
The Pro subscription offers premium features. Subscription transactions are processed by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not directly handle payment or refund requests.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the competent court in the developer's jurisdiction.

本アプリは、ユーザーが日常の習慣を記録・管理するためのツールです。すべての機能はユーザーのローカルデータとiCloud同期に基づいています。当方は、事前の通知なくサービスの変更または中止を行う権利を留保します。
ユーザーは、本アプリを違法行為または権利侵害行為に使用しないことを約束します。本アプリを通じて保存されるすべてのコンテンツ（テキスト、画像等）について、ユーザーが全責任を負います。ウイルスや悪意のあるコード、または他者の権利を侵害するコンテンツをアップロードまたは保存しないでください。
本アプリのソースコード、UIデザイン、アイコン等の知的財産権は開発者に帰属します。ユーザーがアップロードしたコンテンツの著作権はユーザーに帰属します。開発者の書面による許可なく、本アプリのリバースエンジニアリングや派生開発を行うことを禁じます。
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる保証もいたしません。不可抗力、機器の故障等によるデータ消失やサービス中断について、当方は責任を負いませんが、復旧に合理的な努力を払います。本アプリの使用はユーザー自身の責任において行われるものとします。
Proサブスクリプションは高度な機能を提供します。課金取引はApple App Storeによって処理され、Appleの返金ポリシーが適用されます。当方が直接支払いや返金リクエストを処理することはありません。
本規約は中華人民共和国の法律に準拠します。本規約に起因する紛争は、誠意を持って協議により解決するものとし、協議が調わない場合は、開発者所在地の管轄裁判所に付託します。

QingTrace · Habit Tracker Kalender („die App") ist ein persönliches Habit-Tracking-Tool. Durch die Nutzung der App stimmen Sie diesen Bedingungen zu. Wenn Sie nicht zustimmen, nutzen Sie die App bitte nicht.
Die App unterstützt Nutzer bei der Erfassung und Verwaltung täglicher Gewohnheiten. Alle Funktionen basieren auf lokalen Daten des Nutzers und iCloud-Synchronisation. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, den Dienst ohne vorherige Ankündigung zu ändern oder einzustellen.
Sie verpflichten sich, die App nicht für illegale oder rechtsverletzende Aktivitäten zu nutzen. Sie tragen die volle Verantwortung für alle über die App gespeicherten Inhalte (Texte, Bilder usw.). Laden Sie keine Inhalte hoch oder speichern Sie keine Inhalte, die Viren, Schadcode oder Material enthalten, das die Rechte anderer verletzt.
Der Quellcode, das UI-Design, die Icons und das sonstige geistige Eigentum der App gehören dem Entwickler. Das Urheberrecht an von Nutzern hochgeladenen Inhalten verbleibt beim Nutzer. Reverse Engineering oder abgeleitete Entwicklung der App ist ohne schriftliche Genehmigung des Entwicklers untersagt.
Die App wird „wie besehen" ohne jegliche ausdrückliche oder stillschweigende Gewährleistung bereitgestellt. Wir haften nicht für Datenverluste oder Dienstunterbrechungen durch höhere Gewalt, Geräteausfälle oder ähnliche Umstände, werden jedoch angemessene Anstrengungen zur Wiederherstellung unternehmen. Die Nutzung der App erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko.
Das Pro-Abonnement bietet Premium-Funktionen. Abonnementtransaktionen werden vom Apple App Store verarbeitet und unterliegen den Rückerstattungsrichtlinien von Apple. Wir bearbeiten Zahlungs- oder Rückerstattungsanfragen nicht direkt.
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Volksrepublik China. Streitigkeiten aus dieser Vereinbarung werden zunächst durch freundschaftliche Verhandlung beigelegt; scheitert diese, wird die Streitigkeit dem zuständigen Gericht am Sitz des Entwicklers vorgelegt.

Pro 구독은 고급 기능을 제공합니다. 구독 거래는 Apple App Store에서 처리되며, Apple의 환불 정책이 적용됩니다. 당사는 결제나 환불 요청을 직접 처리하지 않습니다.
본 약관은 중화인민공화국 법률의 적용을 받습니다. 본 약관으로 인한 분쟁은 우선 우호적인 협상을 통해 해결하며, 협상이 결렬될 경우 개발자 소재지의 관할 법원에 제소합니다.
